I know, I suck.. I haven’t send any smiles out lately!
I’ve been busy with stuff, but here I am on Thursday night.
Part of the reason why I came on was because of the Kony 2012 campaign,
if you haven’t heard of it, I’ll post the video explaining what it is, and it is VERY important you watch it and share it on.
It made me think though, all those children live in fear every single day, that someone is going to come and abduct them. No one should ever live in this kind of fear, ever. Those children’s childhoods are being taken over by a man, that has no other motif but to be in power and create an army of innocent children, making those boys and girls do all kinds of horrific stuff.
Child hood is everything, it’s what shapes you as a person the most, (-yes we learn everyday but that’s a point for another day ;))
The point is, is that those kids, hardly see any ‘smiles’ or happiness, because they live in fear - of losing their brother, sister, mother or fathers… it really makes you realise what you have is special and not to take things and people for granted.
Do little things for you loved ones to show them you love them, or to put that smile on their face, because as cheesy as it may sound, it really is the little things that count.
Show your support for Kony2012 and spread the message.
